Return & Refund Policy

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we do not accept returns for no reason.
• We ship directly from China to the United States. Returning items back to China is impractical.
• If you receive items with quality defects, please contact us via email or private message with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a reshipment for you as the solution.
• Custom-made items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
